Aktar is a short stocky Dwarf with long black hair pulled back in a
 single warbraid.  He wears splint mail and a hide cloak.  On the 
metal shoulder pads of the splint mail is a unit symbol of a skull 
and a sword behind it.  A Double Bladed Battle Axe is strapped to his 
left side and he carries a short bow.  A pair of leather guantlets 
with spikes are tucked under his belt and a silk lasso is tied loosely
 on his right side over a quiver of sheaf arrows.  He has olive skin 
and dark blue eyes.  Blue warpaint is smeared across his eyes and
 checkbones.  His clothes are dark brown and black.


Aktar is an Agent of Commander Brak. While searching the Snakewood for
and Item they were sent to retrieve, his group was attacked. Separated
from the others he managed to find the Kuper Waystation and there the 
Party and himself met. Joining up with them together the shall prevail.
